The CST Wisdom Exchange
Why Attend the CST Wisdom Exchange?
What's in it for me?
Upledger CST classes are so wonderfully jam-packed with great information and techniques that after you've finished one, you've got a lot to process. It takes time to integrate all that new material into your practice. And as you do so, new questions or challenges may arise.

The CST Wisdom Exchange is a perfect place to...
-
Bring your questions
-
Reinforce and refine your skills
-
Collaborate with other therapists
-
Learn how to incorporate CST into your practice
-
Find practice partners

Our mission is to stay grounded in Upledger CST techniques. Most months, we feature one CST technique. We discuss the intent, the anatomy, hand placement, and indications/contraindications. Then we follow with hands-on supervised practice, doing our best to give each attendee the opportunity to get their hands into the work.

Cost: $15

Location: Susan's Columbia MD office - Email Susan for address - susan@susanmathason.com

Some attendee feedback...
"Susan and Vicki's [CST Wisdom Exchange] was tremendously helpful and inspiring. I learned more than I had imagined I would, including variations on steps in the 10-step protocol that were not covered in my CST1 class. Their love of and dedication to Craniosacral Therapy is evident. I am extremely grateful that they are making their expertise available to our community. A million thanks!"
Join us and tune up your skills!
Bring your questions about the CST techniques you find most challenging. Bring along questions about your most challenging clients. We're here to help when you feel unsure or "stuck".

If you're an "old pro" at this, please bring along your skill and sensitivity to help a less experienced therapist. Face it, there's no better way to improve your own skills than to help share them with someone else. And if you're like so many of our study group attendees -- you took CST 1 or 2...you're doing the techniques...but you feel that you still haven't "gotten it" yet, please allow yourself the opportunity to "get it" in a safe and supportive environment.

* So how do we determine the CST Wisdom Exchange dates and what we’re going to feature each month? There are a couple of factors…with the main one being .......YOU!
-
The dates are set to coordinate with nearby CST classes, so that you can prepare for an upcoming class or review what you’ve just learned.
-
When you regularly attend the CST Wisdom Exchange, we choose featured techniques that coordinate with your skill level, whether you just took CS1 or you’re preparing for SER2.
-
As mentioned above, we coordinate with nearby CST classes, but let us know if you’re taking a class far away. We’ll support your learning process.
-
When several people are preparing for the same class, we create focused, detailed review sessions during the study group. For example, we’ve done several SER1 prep series, where 1 month we review sphenoid lesions/full sphenoid protocol, and the next month we review all of the mouth work techniques.
-
You can also schedule private treatment and/or mentoring sessions to further support your personal and professional growth.
-
So…it’s ALL ABOUT YOU! The more you attend the CST Wisdom Exchange, the more you get to tailor the content to your learning needs.

I sincerely hope that you'll join us,
Susan Mathason, LMT
